Vietnam, 8 May 2026 – Vilasia has been named Best New Law Firm at the Vietnam Law Firm Awards 2026 by Asia Business Law Journal.

We are grateful for the recognition. But what it really means to us is simple.

Vilasia was founded in early 2024 from the ground up. No legacy platform. Just a small team, a clear belief, and a lot of work.

We set out to be the best law firm for a client, in the particular matter where our help is needed most.

In just two years, we served over 80 clients, including well-known multinationals, emerging local businesses, and fast-growing startups across various industries. We advised on cross-border M&A, merger filings, venture capital, and commercial work that quietly keeps businesses moving.

Some matters became public. Many did not. That is fine.
